You simply select the number of channels which best suit your business. You can choose from 10, 20 or 30+ channel options depending on how many telephone lines your business requires. These options can be configured in any combination to meet the requirements of your company.

Number Portability

Your existing numbers can be transferred (ported) from your current service provider to Voice Connect. Alternatively, we can provide you with new numbers or number range.

Our Extension Level Billing feature allows you to allocate call costs to individual extensions or departments. Our Billing Analyser tool enables you to electronically manipulate, analyse and report on call usage. Call Redirection

Redirect incoming calls from a single or range of numbers to an alternative number during a scheduled business event of an emergency situation. This will give you greater control over your call traffic.
